DVD SWEEPSTAKES RULES

The following Sweepstakes is intended for play in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this sweepstakes if you are not a resident of, and located in, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Dave Chappelle’s Block Party DVD Sweepstakes ("the Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia 18 years of age or older as of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Triple 5 Soul, Focus Features, NBC Universal, The Hagen Company, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and/or promotion agencies and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents) and household members of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter or win. Void outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: During the entry period (as defined below), you may enter online at www.triple5soul.com by completing the online entry form according to the instructions provided. Multiple entries will be disqualified. "Releasees" (as defined below) are not responsible for entries not received. No third party entry or entry through sweepstakes service permitted. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of Triple 5 Soul, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Registration for the Dave Chappelle Block Party DVD Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on 6/1/06 online entries must be received by 6:00 p.m. EDT on 7/1/06.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 7/20/06 from among all eligible entries received. Winning entries are subject to verification of eligibility before prizes are awarded.

5. PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a Rogue DVD library consisting of 10 DVD titles (Dave Chappelle’s Block Party, Cry Wolf, Unleashed, Assault on Precinct 13, Seed of Chucky, Shaun of the Dead, Half Baked, How High, Undercover Brother, Deliver Us From Eva). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the individual prizes is estimated at $200.00 USD. Ten (10) secondary prize winners will receive a “Dave Chappelle’s Block Party Prize Pack” including Dave Chappelle’s Block Party DVD, soundtrack, and poster. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the individual prizes is estimated at 50.00 USD each. Total retail value (“ARV”) of prizing is $700.00 USD. Taxes and any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. 6. NOTIFICATION: Winners shall be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail and/or telephone on or about 7.20.06 and may be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, an IRS W-9 form and where legal, a Publicity Release form within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance. If prize notification or prize is non-deliverable, the potential winner will forfeit his or her right to be declared a winner and/or win a prize and an alternate winner will be selected in his or her place. The prizewinners' names and pictures may be posted on our website.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize permitted except as provided herein. Triple 5 Soul reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value or cash in the event the described prize is unavailable for any reason. Triple 5 Soul also reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person who tampers with any component of this sweepstakes, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules, and 2.) cancel this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Triple 5 Soul corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes and, in any such event, select winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation. Triple 5 Soul, Focus Features, NBC Universal, The Hagen Company, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents (collectively, "Releasees") are not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible, postage-due, incomplete, late or misdirected entries or mail, or for failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, electronic or otherwise in the transmission and/or receipt of entries. On-line entrants must submit a valid e-mail address. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law) winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of displaying his/her name as a winner without further compensation, permission or notification. By entering, entrants agree that Releasees shall have no liability for and will be held harmless from and against any liability, loss, injury or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death or property damage suffered by winner or any other person or entity that arises from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and participation in any prize related activity or the Sweepstakes.

8. SWEEPSTAKES ODDS: The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. All drawings shall be conducted by Triple 5 Soul, whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes.
